GRAD 2020!
Hello Grad Families,
We are all aware how different yet exciting this Graduation 2020 will be. The celebration for the Class of 2020 has required some creativity in order to adhere with COVID restrictions. We felt it was extremely important that we still celebrate this resilient group many of whom have been a part of our school family for the past 13 years.
This includes the 'Graduation Picnic', a picnic style festivity in the school yard. After each small group finishes the convocation portion of the celebration they will be directed to collect their picnic kit. From there they are invited to a picnic style celebration in the school yard with their families. Allowing everyone to follow Alberta Health Services Gathering recommendations .
Each graduates picnic kit will include the following:
- A special charcuterie box for the graduate to enjoy.
- Drinks, cutlery and napkin package for everyone in your family group.
- Specially decorated 6 pack of cupcakes - Mrs Wittal style.
- A picnic keepsake blanket.
- The previously purchased Charcuterie for Two Boxes (see details on how to purchase below).
Charcuterie for Two box information and purchasing instructions.Families of graduates are invited to purchase a Charcuterie box for Two to be included with their picnic lunch. These boxes were prepared by Bob Ronnie Catering and you can purchase however many you need, do note that each box is meant to feed two people. When ordering Remember you don't need to order for the graduate; they will have their own special box. The cost of each 'box for two' is $51 and includes GST. Deadline to order boxes is Monday, September 21
