Message from Archbishop Smith
The following information has been shared from St. Augustine Parish. As well, further information can be found in the letter from Archbishop Smith. Please note that this is effective immediately.
- The church remains open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- All weekend & weekday masses in the Archdiocese are cancelled until further notice.
- Lenten parish missions & Penitential celebrations are cancelled.
- Baptism, First Eucharist, First Reconciliation & Confirmation are postponed until Chief Medical Office has advised that the pandemic has ended.
- Sacramental prep classes for children & adults cancelled.
- Funerals may continue to be celebrated.
- Please pray for the rapid end to the COVID-19 virus and those that work to keep us all safe.
More details in the attached letter. Our Pastoral Team has stopped going to the senior residences also.
