To reduce the risk of spreading COVID 19, St. Augustine church will take the following safety measures. 1) The Blood of Christ will not be offered. Only the Body of Christ will be administered. 2) There will be no holding hands during the Our Father. 3) Shaking hands when we offer a sign of peace will stop. 4) Parishioners are asked to stay home if they are sick. 5) Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance to church and parishioners are encouraged to use it when entering the church and upon leaving the church. 6) Finally, if you do sneeze or cough in church you are asked to cough into your sleeve to reduce the potential transmission of any organism. 7) Contact surfaces such as doors and hand rails will be wiped with a disinfectant prior to masses at the church. 8) info: http://www.caedm.ca/
